Let’s talk about budget!

Every home has its own character, and every client brings a unique brief. The property size, value, location and age, along with project scope, style and level of finish, are some of the important factors that influence an appropriate renovation budget.

So how do you know which design service is right for you? I have outlined some guidance in the dropdown menu to help you understand typical budgets associated with each design service on offer.

  • We typically work on London-based interior refurbishment projects (without structural modifications) with budgets of £1,900+ per sqm (excluding structural modifications and design fees).

    Projects involving structural changes, extensions or conversions generally begin at £3,500 per sqm (excluding design fees).

  • Rosie typically works on Hybrid interior fit out projects with initial budgets of £1,600+ per sqm* (excluding design fees).

    *Assumes redesign of multiple rooms that require full redecoration, all new furniture and lighting, and some bespoke joinery items.

  • E-design concept packs typically involve a project budget of £800+ per sqm. This assumes light touch redecoration, with all new standard furnishings and lighting.

  • Any and every budget! Mentorship is all about problem solving, offering you expert advice, and supporting you whenever and however you need.

Please note the minimum budget figures shared are based on relevant experience, however every project is different so please get in touch if you feel unsure. This information should be taken as a valuable starting point to assist you in understanding whether the design service types I offer could be realistic for your project’s total value. I recommend first creating your own project budget that reflects your home’s characteristics, project requirements, and is realistic with what you can afford.
