If we’re a good fit for your project, I’ll prepare a proposal for your review. This document will act as our contract for you to agree and sign. You can typically expect to receive it within 2-3 working days.

Budgeting can feel challenging, especially if it’s your first project. Using a cost‑per‑square‑metre rate is a sensible starting point when estimating renovation budgets. If your project involves architectural remodelling or an extension, contact a few local contractors with a simple brief so they can give you an indicative build cost.

Larger, more complex or high‑value projects often benefit from appointing a quantity surveyor, who should join the team at the very beginning alongside your architect or designer.

For interior decoration projects, create an itemised list of every anticipated expense with a cost against each. Include materials, furnishings, appliances, labour, professional fees, and a 10–20% contingency for unexpected costs.

Ensure you have a clear plan for financing the project whether through savings, borrowing or a combination of both, and share your budget and breakdown with your designer.

The great thing about Mentorship is it’s flexibility. You can simply pay-as-you-go. If, after our first session, you realise you need layouts drawn up or more in‑depth design support, we can pivot. If an hour together gives you everything you need to move forward independently, even better!

Yes! I offer Online Design and Mentorship for anyone further afield. Hybrid Design is possible if you aren't based in London or surrounding areas but need help with planning approvals or conceptual home remodelling.
